Matthew Parodi is a junior at Princeton University. He is currently majoring in comparative politics with certificates in East Asian Studies and Urban Studies. He has debated for seven years and has coached for three years. During his first two years at Princeton, Matt won many awards at tournaments like Harvard, Yale ProAms, and Penn.
Matt is the Administrative Vice President and Head Novice Trainer of the Princeton Debate Panel, and a competitive debater on the American and British Parliamentary leagues. Matt went abroad to China during Spring 2017 where he coached British Parliamentary to college students as well as earned 2nd speaker and breaking as the 2nd best team at the Beijing Debate Challenge. Matt has also been a lecturer and lab leader at the National High School Debate League’s (NHSDLC) Winter and Summer 2017 camps in Beijing.
